What We Do

The term Building Automation refers to utilizing microprocessors and intelligent components to make a building or facility comfortable and more energy efficient. Typically these "Digital" systems automatically control HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) Systems but also integrate lighting, surveillance, security and fire alarms/life safety systems. Essentially we are using computers and software technology today to run buildings more efficiently. Finding the best system to address each customer's unique challenges and priorities requires an in-depth understanding of how that customer does business - in every room of every building.

That is why we use EcoStruxure by Schneider Electric, an IoT-enabled, plug-and-play, open, interoperable architecture and platform for Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure and Industries. EcoStruxure delivers Innovation at Every Level from Connected Products to Edge Control, Apps, Analytics and Services.
